Who we are
Hasitha Pathiraja
Founder/Senior Engineering Leader
Hasitha has led a number of engineering orgs over the course of his 20+ year engineering career, during which he coached and trained high performing technical leaders across a wide array of industries.
His most recent experience was leading teams under a Growth area of Shopify, during which time he ran several engineering leadership training programs across the company.
Clement Leung
Leadership Coach/Engineering Manager
Clement is a coach and engineering manager with over 13 years of software engineering experience. He has led a number of teams and has trained leaders across Shopify.
Clement originally made the transition to Engineering Management because of his passion for growing individuals. His mission is to continue to help and grow individuals as they step into leadership.
Biniam Bekele
Leadership Coach/Senior Engineering Leader
Biniam started coding at 13 and isn't showing signs of slowing. His love of computers brought him to a career in software development, but his passion for people and leadership has proved equally motivating and rewarding. Biniam's leadership style is authentic, brave, emphatic, and fair. He brings the same to his leadership workshops and coaching sessions.
Biniam has directly mentored a number of technical leaders over the years, and has facilitated leadership training programs in Shopify Core and Shopify Logistics.
