Absolutely! But make sure you enrol in a virtual cohort. We don't mix virtual and physical cohorts, since we run the program a bit differently depending on whether we are meeting in person or not. Make sure to check whether the one you are signing up for is remote-friendly.
Stuff happens. Life gets in the way. We totally understand.
Having said that, to get the best out of these sessions, you need to be there and participate. Our programs are not just about theory. The workshops really help you practice what you learn so that you can put them into practice right away at work. So while you will still have access to the content afterwards, you unfortunately won't get the chance to practice if you don't attend.
Yes you can! We believe that there's magic that happens when you do this with a group of leaders, that all work within the same company. The compounding effects of all of you putting what you learn into practice will have a much bigger impact than you doing it individually. We will also tailor the content to be much more contextual to your company and what you do.

Of course. Leaders get to where they are through many differnet paths. There's a lot of value in re-visiting the fundamentals to see whether there are gaps or areas you can strenghten.
Having said that, if you want a more advanced program, we recommend checking out our Impactful Leadership Workshop that is geared towards more experienced leaders.
