Hasitha Pathiraja

Founder/Senior Engineering Leader

Over a 20+ year engineering career, Hasitha has built and led engineering organizations across a wide range of industries, consistently coaching and growing high-performing technical leaders along the way. He's currently the CTO of Precision Nutrition.

At Shopify, he led teams within the Shopify Fulfillment Network and designed and ran several engineering leadership programs across the company. His mission is to help engineers grow into impactful leaders who deliver meaningful outcomes for their companies while levelling up the teams around them.

Leadership Coach / Engineering Leader

Stella is an engineering lead with over 11 years of experience at various company sizes and industries: from Shopify to smaller startups, in fintech and developer tools. She enjoys mentoring and coaching other engineers to help them tackle more ambiguous goals with larger scope.

Stella helps software engineers grow into leadership, especially if they're navigating unclear expectations or difficult situations. She coaches them by establishing a deep understanding of their goals and challenges first.
