Frequently Asked Questions

I don't want to commute. Can I attend the program virtually?

Absolutely! But make sure you enrol in a virtual cohort. We don't mix virtual and physical cohorts, since we run the program a bit differently depending on whether we are meeting in person or not. Make sure to check whether the one you are signing up for is remote-friendly.

What if I miss a session?

Stuff happens. Life gets in the way. We totally understand.

Having said that, to get the best out of these sessions, you need to be there and participate. Our programs are not just about theory. The workshops really help you practice what you learn so that you can put them into practice right away at work. So while you will still have access to the content afterwards, you unfortunately won't get the chance to practice if you don't attend.

Can I do this program with all the engineering leaders from my company?

Yes you can! We believe that there's magic that happens when you do this with a group of leaders, that all work within the same company. The compounding effects of all of you putting what you learn into practice will have a much bigger impact than you doing it individually. We will also tailor the content to be much more contextual to your company and what you do.

I'm not in a leadership position yet. Can I still attend this program?

To get the best out of this program, we would want you to put into practice what you learn each week. If you are currently not in a leadership position (or have the responsibilities of a leader), it will be difficult to get the full value out of this program.

Instead, we recommend checking out our Leadership Fundamentals Workshop that is geared towards both new and aspiring leaders
